Lead like a RockstarRuth Blatt has a Ph.D. in Management and Organizations from the University of Michigan and taught Entrepreneurship to MBAs at the University of Illinois in Chicago. She has been writing about the social science behind rock n’ roll music and interviewing dozens of bands, managers, and other industry professionals for a book about teamwork lessons from rock bands. She has written about rock n’ roll for The Atlantic and Psychology Today. She also has blogs for Forbes, Psychology Today and Wired.

Using her expertise in Organizational Behavior, Ruth Blatt analyzes the complex processes that explain why bands stay together (or fall apart), and stay creative (or stagnate).
