Of all the things you could say to a young leader, what could you say that might have life-long impact? Jesse recently gave a short commencement address at his oldest son’s high school graduation. He spoke about the three most important choices in life … choices that today’s graduates will probably made in the next few years. They also happen to be choices that we don’t simply make once … we make these same choices every day of our lives.
